GOAL
Explore a new Total Health concept for future Kroger Marketplace stores that creates an uplifting and immersive shopping experience.
SOLUTION
This balanced design focuses on technology, sensation, and interaction. In each area of Kroger Total Health, there are places where customers can activate each of the five senses, receive personal assistance from professionals, and use the Kroger app or digital kiosks to search products and enhance their shopping experience. Design features include an interactive community board, a multi-purpose beauty bar, cohesive signage and wayfinding strategies, and several other digital features that all connect to the Kroger app. This project was entered into the 2016 PAVE Visual Merchandising Competition.
CONCEPT
Kroger Total Health is about balancing all aspects of one’s life in order to achieve complete wellness. By focusing on the body, mind, and spirit, this integrated health technique empowers consumers to make decisions that positively impact their health.
